THE CHALLENGE
Every year, companies spend millions of dollars trying to find the right vendors to supply everything from copy paper to business software. Some people pick a vendor because “we’ve heard of them”, and others spends six or more months requesting and sifting through volumes of vendor information. After this selection, companies often need to build and maintain a relationship with their vendor. Sometimes this goes well, other times it becomes a daily tug-of-war.

and efficiently, and
2. To communicate a method of vendor management that will help companies get the BEST out of their vendors.
